Egg Hunt

On Saturday morning, our family attended an egg hunt hosted by a family at our church. It is always an amazing event and we look forward to it every year. This year Zach and I helped hide the eggs and the boys really enjoyed helping too. Well, except for Ethan. He followed me around trying to open every egg and dump out the candy. He didn’t care much for hunting eggs, but he loved opening them.

While waiting for everyone to arrive, the kids play at the amazing playground at this house. It is big enough to have all 100 kids playing and not even feel crowded. 🙂 My boys loved the trampoline. I don’t think Carter left the trampoline the entire time. After playing for a while, we started the egg hunt. The boys collected so many eggs and loved opening all their eggs. After the hunt, there was a special lunch set up for all the little kids. Each child had an Easter basket at the table with their food inside. It was so nice! After lunch, my boys ran straight to the playground and stayed there until we came home. It was a great morning!

Ready to hunt!

Seth helping Ethan find some eggs.

Finding one on his own.

Such a big boy!

Seth was SO excited to see his best buddy, Cooper. Cooper’s family was in town visiting family.

Friends!

Ethan didn’t really know what to think about the Easter Bunny. He didn’t cry, but he wouldn’t let her touch him.

Trying to get a decent picture of all my boys.
