This is Carter’s hiding spot right now. He climbs in the cabinet and wants me to close the door on him. He’ll sit in there for a few minutes before he pops out and yells surprise.

My entire family was in town for a visit a couple of weeks ago. It seemed to be a quick visit, but we had a lot of fun together. Carter and Seth LOVE having Ella Ann around. They all play so well together!

Carter and Ella Ann brought out the cars and the car rug on Friday night. Of course Seth sat right down in the middle of the rug!

Last Monday Zach had the opportunity to the the Masters’ golf tournament. He won tickets to watch the practice rounds on Monday. He and a friend left on Sunday and spent all day Monday in Augusta. He saw pretty much all the big time golfers and got a lot of great pictures. Here he is in front of Hogan’s Bridge, close to the 12th green.

We were supposed to go to Owensboro last Tuesday because Zach was supposed to be out of town. Zach’s trip was cancelled and Carter threw up at preschool on Tuesday so all of our plans changed. 🙂 We did end up going to Owensboro on Wednesday so that I could have some help with the boys during the day. Carter recovered pretty quickly from his stomach bug but he definitely craved some extra TLC for a few days. It was nice to have an extra set of hands.

Seth LOVES to be outside. Both of my boys would rather be outside than anywhere else. I just pray that they don’t inherit my allergies or asthma. Thankfully, mine is under control since I spend a lot of time outside!

The boys love to play on my bed when we’re in Owensboro. It is a trundle bed. I sleep on top while Carter sleeps on the bottom. It makes a nice climbing area for them. Seth literally dives right off (as you’ll see below) and loves it!

The boys were very happy to see their Daddy when we came home this weekend. Carter loves riding the horse around the house! I can remember doing this with my Dad when I was little…

Another picture of Seth outside. We have to block off the stairs or he would dive headfirst down them. It is a major battle when it is time to come inside!

I had to include this picture. We ate at McDougals on Saturday night. After dinner you can have free ice cream. Seth had already finished off Zach’s and was still fussing for more when Carter offered him some of his ice cream. It was so sweet. Carter shared the rest of his ice cream with Seth!
