6 months ago today…

It is so hard to believe that it has been 6 months since Seth was born! Time has passed so quickly. Seth is starting to sit up on his own and has just started rolling around. He loves to be held and cuddled, just as much as he loves laying on a blanket and playing with his toys. He LOVES to watch his big brother do anything, especially when Carter sings to him. Seth always has a smile on his face! Whenever we walk in the room or walk over to Seth, he gives us a huge smile! It still melts my heart every time I see it. He has the chunkiest (is that a word??!?!) cheeks and is quite different from our first little skinny boy! He has also lost all his dark hair and his new hair is much lighter. For those who remember Carter’s “stick-up” hair, Seth is well on his way to having it as well!

I just can’t imagine our family without Seth…it seems like he has always been here! Here are a few pictures of him from the last few days:

When we checked on Seth before we went to bed on Sunday night we found him on his belly. This was only the 2nd time he had rolled over. Evidently he is pretty comfortable, as evident by all the drool on his sheet! πŸ™‚

I tried really hard to get Seth to look at me and smile. Unfortunately so did Carter. As you can tell from the picture, I lost and Seth gave his undivided attention to Carter!

Seth loves to sit up now. He is still quite wobbly and needs someone to sit behind him or hold on to him.

Snuggling with Mommy before naptime!

  2. It does seem like your family has always had Seth. He is so precious and getting so big. Love the pics of Carter in his school clothes and undies. Let Zach know that they make Spiderman undies for little boys.
